RECORDING RATES :

$20 - per hour
$35 - per song
$75 - 3 songs or 4 hours within 24hrs
$120 - 5 songs or 6 hours within 24hrs

LABEL/FREE TIME

1. Studio Time and Services

1.1 - The Artist is not required to pay for studio time.
1.2 - The Studio will allow 1-2 artists to record in a group per session.
1.3 - Studio time is limited to 1-2 hours per week per artist or group.

2. Instrumentals and Stems

2.1 - The instrumental used must be one of the following:
• Non-licensed • Paid • Free-for-profit
The Artist must provide proof of ownership if using a non-licensed beat. Otherwise, the Studio will provide beats.

2.2 - The recording session will include up to six stems: • Beat • Lead vocal • Adlibs • Doubles or harmony.
• Additional stems (up to two)

3. Project Types

3.1 - Only LP projects (4-6 songs) or singles (1 song) are allowed.

4. Lyrics and Distribution

4.1 -The Artist agrees to allow their lyrics to be distributed and used within the musical composition.

5. Artwork and Photography

5.1 - Artists will pay $10 for artwork (free photo shoots included) unless they provide their own artwork.

6. Revenue and Ownership

6.1 - The Studio will distribute the song(s) or project(s) to generate revenue for studio time. The thresholds for ownership transfer are as follows:
Singles: $100 or 25,000 streams.
Projects (LPs): $400 or 100,000 streams.
6.2 - Collaborations will be considered part of the Artists’ studio time.

7. Shows, Merchandise, and Requirements

7.1 - Artists are allowed to plan shows for their profit and sell merchandise.
7.2 - If requirements (such as music rights, studio time limits, etc.) are not met, songs will still be distributed. However, continued non-compliance may result in a ban from the Studio or Label.

BASIC : $100
COMPLEX : $100 - $200
IMPORTANT : The price for ANY VIDEO will begin at $100 and may increase depending on complexity and effects, but will not exceed $200.
